QA Philosophy
I’m passionate about games and committed to making each player’s experience smooth, immersive, and memorable. I thrive on problem-solving, proactively identifying bugs before launch, and partnering with developers to refine gameplay and performance. QA isn’t just a career path—it’s a craft I truly love.

Background and Education
Originally from Austin, TX, I hold a BFA in Media Arts and Animation with a focus on game design. While I began in QA as a stepping stone toward art or design, I quickly discovered a deep appreciation for the impact of quality assurance and chose to stay and grow in the discipline.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of RPGs, survival horror, and strategy sims—favorites include Resident Evil, Horizon Zero Dawn, Skyrim, Fable, and Stardew Valley. I also love horror films and books, especially Evil Dead and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (filmed in my hometown!). I’m married to a game programmer, with three game-loving kids and two dogs (a Basset Hound and a Pointer mix). We’re relocating to Spain soon—I'm open to in-person roles in Spain with sponsorship, or remote contract roles within the US or EU.

Technical and Growth
Recently, I’ve been expanding into automation, SQL, and data-driven QA strategies. I enjoy learning new tools and continuously improving my workflows to support scalable, efficient testing—especially for live service environments.
